Played in the Henderson Game volleyball tournament this past weekend at this location. Flooring, nets, and facilities were exceptional to use. The upstairs viewing area and lobby were nice to eat at. Once we had the AC set properly, the stuffiness on the court subsided, but in the morning, it was a bit warm. 3 courts and 2 up ref ladders. Middle court, we had to ref from the floor level. Bathrooms were nice, approximately 50 parking spots in total.
We were here for a serve and pass as a visiting team and the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Facility is top notch (a bit hot but… it’s Vegas!) very clean, upper floor parent viewing with seating; overall 5 stars! Thanks, Aces!
“The A/C unit will freeze” was the excuse I just got from this guy. So I asked, “what about opening a door and putting a fan there for cross ventilation”, “no, we can’t do that”. How do these people get away with this, and why do these local teams continue to contract these games here? The Better Business Bureau should get involved, or the authorities. Based on all of these other reviews, it feels like a health and safety issue that needs to have repercussions. Deplorable. Shame on VEGAS ACES VOLLEYBALL
Just finished with a tournament for my kid and experienced the air-conditioning either not on or set too high for the system to not engage. This was the same issue back in December 2023. The venue was filled with 150 ish people ar the time a d not one staff member batted an eye to fix the issue. It was so bad that someone had to be hauled away in an ambulance. Athletes were soaking their towels with water to help cool them down. Other teams had fans to help their team . For Vegas Aces to provide a practice venue for Vegas Thrill, you can't tell me the air-conditioning isn't turned on for them who pay as well. Fix the issue or face alot of people boycotting this venue. They wouldn't do this to Vegas Thrill. Why do it to others . Attached is a photo of the ambulance that was there caring for the person who needed medical attention
Way too hot in there apparently they only have swamp coolers not good. Hope they don't have an incident some day
