Michael is very engaged and truly connects with all of the families of the players. Our daughter learned so much and was able to grow in her skills from day 1. She made so many friends.
I just want to share my good experience with this club, I was in another club before and I’m glad I moved to syndicate. This club treats you like family and trains you to be a versatile player at the same time. My daughter learned so much here and the coaches know to push you to be better at your craft . My daughter used to play just one position but syndicate coaches trained her to play all positions so now she can pivot between offense and defense or play different positions competently. Once you’re better in one position they push you more and gives you tough love to be a good player as long as you want it. They ask you what’s your goal and helps you achieve it. As a parent, I like that coz they are worth every penny. The owner is so involved and one of the 1st supporter of each team/player. It’s like the girls are his daughters. Michael (then owner) always aim to be there in every game and help in every way possible. Syndicate is not just a volleyball club , for me it’s my second family.
My daughter has been training with The Syndicate Volleyball Club for a few months and absolutely loves it. Coach Sam and Coach Steven, along with the other coaches, are fantastic, and owner Michael is very thorough and detail oriented. The training is high level but still supportive and encouraging. She looks forward to every session and has improved a ton. A++++ experience. Highly recommend!
