This club is amazing. Our daughter has played volleyball for the last 6 years and this was her first year at Ignite and final year playing (18’s). At first we were apprehensive because we got caught up in the hype of the bigger named clubs. Little did we know that this would be her best experience ever. Everyone from the owner, Paul, coaches, players, and parents were so welcoming to us. It’s difficult to be the new one on the team, especially at this age, but everyone immediately welcomed her and made her feel like part of the team. She had never made a nationals team before so she started the season intimidated by the level of her new teammates and it showed by the lack of confidence she had on the court. As the season progressed and the girls and coaches embraced her, she started to get that confidence back and she felt like she was able to contribute to the team. By no means was she the star, but as a role player she shined. As a parent, these are the moments we hope for. Our only regret was that we didn’t consider this club sooner. If you are looking for a club where your child can grow in the sport and be encouraged to be the best they could be without the drama, this is the club for you

After many tryouts this weekend, Ignite was the only club that spoke to every individual player after their tryouts. This is important for the development of our kids. Thank you for this‼️ This gesture alone speaks volumes 💯
