This is a nice facility. It’s probably our fourth time coming here for a different volleyball team for one of my children. We travel all over California Nevada, Arizona events this facility has great “BONES” but what’s the most off putting is it ALWAYS SMELLS AND REAKS OF URINE ALL THE TIME DOES NOT MATTER THE DAY OR TIME IT SMELLS LIKE URINE if you can deal with the nasty smell then it’s a great place just could use better ventilation
THE COACH & 5 GIRLS QUIT. We were never informed that the coach quit even though she continued coaching a younger team. The girls who stayed to honor their commitment paid the price & lost their love for the game. The primary problem with this facility is that with the Director Morgan, money comes first… let me explain. Two girls out of the team were offered a National position. The rest were offered Locals & Elite. What I later learned is that Forza has experienced a high turnover rate, with many families citing similar concerns about the club’s toxic atmosphere. Because they were unable to fill the Local, Elite, and second National teams, those players were combined into one team. Rather than building a roster based on skill level, positions, and player development, the players were simply grouped together to fill spots & maximize revenue. The result was a team that was set up to struggle & fail from the start. They know that once you sign that contract you’re locked in & no concerns brought to their attention is taken seriously. Before considering this club, read the reviews, look at social media, and pay attention to which teams receive the club’s time & attention. My recommendation is to consider other clubs in the surrounding area or invest your time & hard earned money in college showcases and private training. Clubs and coaches can either build a player’s confidence & passion or destroy it. Unfortunately, this experience completely killed my daughters love of volleyball.
Very disappointing experience. For close to $600 per month, I expected better communication, better leadership, and a supportive environment for young athletes. That has not been our experience at all. This club feels extremely results driven and money driven, with very little concern for the emotional well-being of young athletes. From our experience, the club prioritizes certain athletes and leaves others feeling overlooked, discouraged, and unsupported. I would think very carefully before bringing your child here. My daughter started this program loving volleyball. And although my daughter has a high level of emotional intelligence, she feels defeated and does not even want to attend practices or games. As a parent, that is heartbreaking and TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. This has not felt like a place that protects the best interest of young athletes. It feels like a club focused on results, reputation, and money, even when the cost is a child's confidence and mental health. Same concerns were shared with me by other parents, who said their children have cried because of the hurtful comments made by some of the coaches. I wish I had read all these bad reviews before signing up. I DO NOT not recommend this club AT ALL!!
Great time watching volleyball games!
I wanted to wait to write a review until we had moved on to another club and we had time to sit with it. We are now with the new club and my daughter is very happy. Happy to be away from the toxic environment that only breeds more toxicity. From top (director Morgan) down, the attitude from this club is that you need them more than they need you. That may have been true until word got out and many families and coaches left for better days. Everyone that I've spoken to personally is happier and their daughters are thriving. From high dues to mediocre coaching, this club shows its colors early on but they don't care because you've signed a contract. My advice is to go where your kid will play and grow and not to the perceived "best" because Forza 1 and their abundance of red flags will only set you back in your pocket book and your player's progression. Thank you for coming to my Ted Talk... P.S. shout out to coach Sen for being the only beacon of light in that darkness.
