They forgot about a private that was scheduled and did not book court time. They blamed it on me (screenshots on hand). I decided to cancel all the privates due to this. It’s been more than 3 weeks and I have not been refunded yet. This organization is very unprofessional. With many clubs to choose from, I’d run from this one that still needs to work out its customer service skills.
